Desperate for Dermographism Relief

I am a 15 year old girl and have been suffering from dermographism for 17 months. It started after a scary trip to the hospital one night. My eyes suddenly got extremely itchy and painful and had swelled closed is a matter of minutes. Six months later at an allergy testing clinic, I was diagnosed with dermographism at the age of 14.

I have noticed a progression of the symptoms over the past year. They are more painful, stay longer and are now showing on my face, as well as the rest of my body. The emotional frustration of this condition is overwhelming. As if teenagehood isn't hard enough without this. I now refuse to wear bracelets and necklaces because they flare my dermographism, as well I do not wear short sleeved shirts to school because my wrists are usually very bad. I have tried taking an antihistamine everyday for a period of time and have found no relief at all. People often point it out on my neck and chest. I am desperate for some kind of relief.
