No Cure for Dermatographism

Well I have dermographism. I was just diagnosed a couple of weeks ago, but I have had it for over two years. Now I am 14 years old and it is hell sometimes. I am not sure what to do but in some ways its useful such as writing stuff on my arms to remind me later. I want it gone and therefore, how may I go about doing this?
