Pimple Sore Skin Rash

This pimple like skin sore rash first looked like a spider bite a month ago. My physician did not give me a diagnosis of my skin rash but gave me two antibiotics to take. The two sores that I had were extremely painful. When I would stand and the blood would rush to my leg it was an unbearable pain. After about three weeks, I do not know if the sores went away due to the antibiotics or the skin problem just ran its course.
Now it is about two weeks later and I spotted a large blister like sore on my outer calf. I thought it was just an ingrown hair at first. I drained the skin blister and you could not even see the sore any longer. Two days later the spot that I drained is so painful that I can barely walk. However, despite the pain, you can barely see this spot on my skin. It is just starting to get red now. I also have another spot just behind my knee, right in the fold/crease of the knee where it bends. That one is obviously red and infected but is not nearly as painful.
What the heck is this pimple rash skin problem I am experiencing? I cannot get rid of it, and these pimple-like sores on my skin keep coming back! My legs are covered in red scabs from sores that did not "take off" like the two behind my leg. Those scars are bright purple, just like bruises would look like.
Small Pimple Rash on Face

I do not really know what to say about my skin problem but for about four years now, I think, I have had these things that look as rough as sandpaper on my skin. These things can be described like a smaller version of say regular pimples that are commonly found on the skin. This is why I never took this pimple rash skin condition seriously at first. I figured if these smallish pimples did not really show then it is probably nothing serious or at least nothing to be really concerned about.
Fast forward to four years later and these small pimple things have not disappeared and are still on my face. I thought this skin problem was unnoticeable but it actually still is. I am black skinned and whenever I wash my face and dry it, the skin problem stands out from the rest of my smooth face because it looks extremely dry and some white stuff appears on it. At first I went to the doctor and he could not really figure out what was the pimple rash problem with my skin. I think the doctor figured it was nothing to be concerned about as I thought a few years ago as well. I think it might be some kind of skin rash or something similar. I highly doubt that it is a problem like eczema because I do not have any of the symptoms of eczema.
Please help me if you can to diagnose my skin rash. I do not know any dermatologist that I can contact and I am sure their consultant fees would be high for me. I am sorry that I do not have a camera right now, so I cannot post a picture to better describe my skin problem.
Red Pimple Facial Rash

My now eleven year old son gets facial rashes. Sometimes this skin rash also appears on other parts of his body such as his chest and arms. The rash looks red in color and is a small pimple rash and spots will form in the red areas of the skin. In order to deal with this rash condition, we are going to finally try an elimination diet in order to try and determine what in the world is causing this problematic skin condition. My son does suffer from allergies. These allergies caused various symptoms such as a super stuffy nose and this made it very hard for him to breast feed. The doctors put him on nasal steroids for several weeks at a time to treat this nose issue and that would cause the side effect of constant nose bleeds. POOR KID! So now his nose is better but the rash is not going away, or it will disappear for a little while and then it comes back again with a vengeance. If anyone has had this, please comment on my post and let us know what you did to help this rash condition.
A little more information about the facial pimple rash is that it is mostly on his cheeks, but little pimples will form around his lips as well. With respect to the elimination diet, we are cutting out wheat, eggs, soy, citrus, and anything dairy for five complete days in order to clear his system. Then we will reintroduce one of these foods at a time for three days. I hope we are doing this right. My son has an O blood type if that makes any difference.
