Natural Stretch Marks Cream Recipes

Stretch Marks Cream

All natural stretch marks cream ingredients for a recipe that you can make in your own home are listed below.

  • 1/4 cup or 52.5 ml of cocoa butter
  • 1 tablespoon or 15 ml of wheat germ oil
  • 1 teaspooon or 5 ml of light sesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon or 5 ml of apricot kernel oil
  • 1 teaspoon or 5 ml of vitamin E oil
  • 2 teaspoons or 10 ml of grated beeswax
  • 1 teaspoon or 5 ml of vanilla extract (Not that this is an optional ingredient and is not an essential part of the cream for stretch marks.)

The first step is to mix together all of the above stated ingredients except for the vanilla extract. Next, heat the mixture gently until the cocoa butter and beeswax have both completely melted. Makes sure that the mixture is stirred well.

The next step is to remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, if desired (remember that this is not essential). Allow the stretch marks cream mixture to cool completely before using it. The use of the cream is easy. Simply massage the cream into your skin. Store the unused portion in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid and use regularly to help fade your stretch marks naturally.

Natural Stretch Mark Oil

Listed below is another all natural recipe that can be easily followed and made in your own home. If you are having problems with stretch marks on your skin, then this natural remedy may help reduce the appearance of those unsightly marks on your skin. This time the end product is not a cream but an oil.

Mix together all of the following ingredients:

  • 4 drops of rose oil
  • 1 drop of rosemary oil
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon or 2.5 ml of camellia oil
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon or 2.5 ml of sesame oil
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon or 2.5 ml of vitamin E oil
  • 1/2 of a teaspoon or 2.5 ml of wheat germ oil

Once the ingredients above are well mixed, massage the mixture on the skin where the stretch marks are located. It is a good idea to make a large batch of this mixture and use on your skin on a regular basis to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. You will notice over time the stretch marks will begin to fade.

With both of these recipes, ensure that you are not allergic to the ingredients. Do some spot treatments first.
