Acne Skin Care Tips
All men and women of all ages like healthy skin. Proper skin care is very important. Skin cleansing is an important part of any skin care routine. Most cleansers contain
oil, water, and surfactants. The oil dissolves the oil on your face, surfactants
dissolve dirt and makeup, and the water washes it all away. The secret is
finding the right mix of oil. Skin cleansing involves a variety of techniques
with the aim of removing surface dirt and substances which can accumulate and
cause clogging of the pores of the skin. Regular skin cleansing is recommended
to help maintain a healthy, blemish-free complexion.

Shaving Skin Care Tips
To prevent razor bumps, use a shaving gel and sharp razor. Always moisturize the skin with a good quality moisturizer after shaving. Exfoliating prior to shaving and on a regular basis will help prevent the formation of ingrown hairs.

Shaving
Here is a shaving tip that I just recently discovered. Do not shave immediately after applying shave gel or shave cream. Let the gel or cream sit on your face for 2 to 3 minutes before shaving. If you use shave gel with menthol, you will feel a cooling or tingling sensation when it is the right time to shave. By letting the shave lotion moisturize and do its work, you get a much better and less irritating shave.

Skin Discoloration Tips
Brown spots on the hands are usually the result of overexposure to the sun (solar lentigo, sun spots, liver spots). Depending on the individuals skin type and color and type and severity of the spot, their visibility can be reduced with liquid nitrogen, chemical peels, of laser light therapy.

Feet Skincare Tips
To smooth rough skin on the feet, soak feet in warm water. Next, remove the softened dry skin or calluses with a foot file. Repeat the exfoliation procedure only once a week. Use a foot moisturizing cream on a regular basis. A cream with antibacterial agents (such as tea tree oil) is best because it helps protect against foot fungus.
Skin Moisturizing Tips
I use extra virgin olive oil to moisturize my lips and skin.
